Refund Policy – The Airline Masters

1. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after a valid cancellation request is received and verified. Standard processing time is 10–15 business days, depending on the payment provider and the airline or hotel’s refund rules. Certain service providers may take additional time to approve refund requests, and delays may occur during peak travel seasons.

2. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds made to credit or debit cards may reflect on statements only after the financial institution completes its internal processing cycle.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to, travel insurance, service charges, and last-minute booking fees. Some airline tickets, promotional fares, and discounted bookings may be entirely non-refundable as per supplier terms. All non-refundable components will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
